Overview

Local Music Organizer helps review Music.app libraries and local audio files. It can find duplicate and missing records, compare recordings, inspect audio and convert supported files. Removing a missing library record and deleting a physical file are different actions: moving a file to Trash affects the file itself. Music.app integration uses Automation access; access to selected files and folders uses system permissions. The developer says analysis and conversion run locally, while Apple StoreKit communicates with Apple for trial, purchase and restore. Cloud-only and streaming audio are outside the documented local-file workflow. The developer offers a three-day full-access trial followed by a US$29.99 one-time unlock, with no app subscription or automatic trial charge. Regional pricing and taxes can differ. This is an official-source review; file operations and privacy behavior were not tested.
