Terms for using the Indie Mac Apps directory.

Listings summarize reviewed information available on their stated verification dates. Details can change, and visitors remain responsible for confirming current pricing, compatibility, licensing, and suitability.

Purchases of listed apps, downloads, accounts, subscriptions, and support are handled by the linked developer or authorized distributor under that destination's terms. Refunds for those app purchases follow that destination's terms. Indie Mac Apps does not host installers or sell the listed apps. Optional directory services described below are separate from app purchases.

Ordinary submission is free. Submit only information you are authorized to share and link to official product or media pages. The free submission process does not guarantee acceptance or publication. Any applicable review deadline is shown in your private account; a submission alone does not promise a public listing date. We independently check public claims before listing and may request clarification or decline an app.

A verified, non-refunded priority-review purchase also includes priority queue placement for future updates to that same registered app, with no repeat fee. It does not apply to other apps or replace verification of your authority to submit an update. Future updates use the existing update workflow and do not open a new Checkout. Withdrawal or rejection of the initial priority request ends the included priority-update benefit. A refund request or unresolved refund suspends that benefit, and a completed full refund ends it. Free updates remain available. The initial review and publication deadlines below apply only to the purchased initial review; subsequent included updates do not create another paid deadline or refund entitlement.

Priority-service terms updated 2026-10-21. When explicitly available in your private account, TOTM TECH LTD supplies a one-time USD 19.00 priority editorial review through Stripe Checkout. Ordinary submission remains free. Paying does not purchase approval, a favorable review, ranking, app ownership, or publication rights. Before payment, the quote shows its USD 19.00 amount, expiry, and service commitments; no subscription is created.

There is no charge for requesting priority review. Before issuing a quote, we check eligibility and necessary materials and confirm actual capacity for that specific order to meet both service deadlines without delaying or displacing free-queue reviews. The quote is valid for up to 24 calendar hours. It may expire earlier if the applicable original free-review deadline arrives or priority sales are stopped; the quote shows its expiry. The service calendar is Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00 Shanghai time (UTC+08:00). Each service budget is 18 service hours, or two 9-hour service days. Successful payment starts the priority-review budget. The original free-review deadline remains absolute and is not paused or extended; whichever applicable review deadline arrives first controls. Final approval starts a separate 18-service-hour publication budget. Approval is not publication: the listing must be actually live in the public directory by that deadline. Returning from Checkout is not payment confirmation.

Only necessary, explicitly listed information can pause the paid-review timer, after the list is visible in your account and the email provider has accepted its notice. The original free-review deadline continues to run and is not extended by an information wait. Partial replies do not resume the paid timer. Save your requested source materials and explicitly submit the complete checklist to resume its remaining budget. Waiting across all such pauses is limited to 30 calendar days; it does not restart on a new request.

We refund the full captured priority fee in its original currency if an invalid, duplicate, or late payment is captured; the initial review misses its applicable deadline; the app is declined; an approved app is not actually listed in the public directory by its publication deadline; the information wait expires; or you withdraw before actual public publication. Site-caused expiry or refund keeps the original free application active. An on-time public listing later removed does not automatically earn a refund. A refund right already triggered remains valid after later publication.

Refunds are due for initiation within 18 service hours of the qualifying event. Pending, unknown, failed and provider-succeeded refund states are shown separately; provider success does not establish when your bank receives funds. Contact us with the order reference if a refund needs follow-up. Closing your account does not erase an outstanding refund obligation.

Sponsorship terms updated 2026-10-22. These terms govern existing orders and future offers when sales are available. When available in the private developer center, TOTM TECH LTD offers a one-time USD 29.00 sponsorship for 720 hours of actual public delivery. There is no subscription or automatic renewal. A valid $19.00 priority purchase for the same app may be eligible for a separate one-time $20.00 sponsorship add-on, also for 720 hours of actual public delivery. A $39.00 bundle combines the complete $19.00 priority review with a $20.00 sponsorship for 720 hours of delivery for the same app; a bundle is available only after a priority request exists and the Owner approves that source. Ordinary app submissions remain free.

Stripe hosts Checkout and processes payment information under its own privacy notice. We do not store card numbers or security codes. Checkout is available only after the order is ready and its public creative is approved. Paying does not buy app acceptance, a favorable review, a ranking, editorial influence, or a guaranteed audience or business result.

The sponsorship appears with a clear “Sponsored” label on the Home page, app directory, app detail pages other than the sponsored app's own detail page, category pages, collections, New, and Guides, on desktop and mobile. There is at most one sponsorship slot on each covered page. The app's approved official website is used as the destination; custom URLs are not accepted in this release. A developer may request an optional custom summary, which requires Owner review before Checkout.

The order shows its exact proposed start before Checkout. The paid inventory reservation for that proposed start lasts at most 24 hours. The 720-hour delivery period begins only when the placement first appears publicly. If the app is not publicly ready within 24 hours after the proposed start, the sponsorship component is refunded independently of the $19 priority component. If the app becomes ready within that window after a delay, the service rechecks whether a full 720-hour public delivery window fits before the next reserved sponsorship. If the full window cannot fit without a conflict, the sponsorship component is refunded. A priority bundle for an unpublished app suggests a campaign start at least 7 calendar days out to allow time for review and publication; this is only a scheduling suggestion, not an eligibility or feature-launch gate. A placement does not guarantee impressions, clicks, unique visitors, downloads, sales, or a particular result. No historical campaign data is available yet, and it is not a purchase requirement.

Before public delivery starts, cancellation receives a full refund of the sponsorship component: USD 29.00 for a standalone sponsorship or USD 20.00 for an add-on or bundle. After delivery starts, the undelivered sponsorship time is refunded pro rata on the same 720-hour basis. If a bundled priority review is rejected, the complete USD 39.00 bundle is refunded. Any separate priority-service refund follows the priority terms above. Refund records distinguish pending, unknown, failed, and provider-succeeded states. Provider acceptance does not confirm when your bank receives the funds.

• Do not attempt to misuse, overload, or bypass site security boundaries.
• Do not treat directory content as permission to copy an app, brand, or asset.
• Do not misrepresent a listing as an endorsement, ranking, or ownership claim.
