• No public account or profile is created when you browse.
• No active form asks for an email address or developer contact details.
• No newsletter signup, comment box, rating, or review input is active.
• No app installer is uploaded to or distributed by this site.

The hosting and security infrastructure may process ordinary technical request data such as IP address, requested URL, browser information, and timestamps to deliver and protect the site. Indie Mac Apps does not use that data to create public profiles or sell personal information.

If you email hello@indiemacapps.com, the message and address are used to respond, investigate a correction, or keep a necessary editorial record. Do not send sensitive credentials, payment data, license keys, or confidential customer information.

Official-destination links take you to a third-party developer or authorized distribution site. That destination controls its own data collection and privacy practices. Review its notice before entering personal, account, or payment information.

This notice must be updated before any submission or newsletter flow is enabled. The published revision must identify the exact fields, purpose, processors, access rules, retention period, deletion path, abuse controls, and working contact channel.
