App submissions
Review the submission requirements before preparing an app. The public form remains closed; developers may use the contact address for a preliminary editorial enquiry, without sending confidential materials or installer files.
Questions and corrections
Identify the page, the statement that may be wrong, and an official source that supports the correction. Inclusion and changes remain editorial decisions; sending an email does not guarantee publication.
Product support
Use an app's approved official destination for downloads, billing, refunds, license recovery, account access, or technical support. Indie Mac Apps cannot access a developer's customer records or resolve those requests.
