Overview

MumbleFlow is an English voice-dictation tool for Mac with an Oat meeting-notes workspace. It inserts recognized text into the focused app and can capture selected computer audio and microphone input for transcripts, notes and local search. The developer says core recognition and meeting features run on the Mac after the required models are installed. Buying the app, downloading models and installing updates require internet access. Text inserted into another app follows that app's data practices; clipboard managers or syncing can also move copied text. Microphone, Accessibility and Screen & System Audio Recording permissions are documented for the relevant features. Gmail, Calendar and Slack connections are not enabled in the download described by the vendor. The app costs US$5 once. Its documented release requires Apple silicon and macOS 26 or later; Intel is unsupported. The exact current downloadable version was not independently established. No runtime or network testing was performed.
